I discovered, quite by accident, that there is a surgical procedure that can do just that.
It is called Breform. It is a surgical breast support in the form of a permanent Internal Bra System, without the necessity of silicone or saline implants. Basically, they take your natural breast tissue that has succumb to gravity, scoop it back into the right place and keep it there permanently with a mesh structure made from Polyester that is attached to your chest wall. Sounds gruesome. Until the important facts are understood.
Polyester is non-absorbable and has been used in reconstructive surgery for over 40 years. The mesh is soft and flexible and doesn’t interfere with the normal functioning of the breast tissue. Scaring is minimal and nipple sensitivity, if lost at all after the procedure, returns within half a year. It’s a quick procedure and you can be discharged from hospital the same day. The mesh never has to be replaced and usual procedures, such as lumpectomy, are not a problem at all.
It would seem a wonderfully simple solution to an issue that affects many ladies, their feminine identities and their confidence without having to fake. But, if you are considering any permanent surgery, make sure you have done sufficient research and have found a surgeon whom you trust and who will be honest with you. Below are links to two women’s apposing experiences with this procedure and the Breform website.

But whatever procedure you decide on. We will be here to fit your new assets.
If you have ever had, or know someone who has had a procedure of this nature and would like to share, we would LOVE to hear your story.
