SATIN CANDY POLICIES
DELIVERY: Satin Candy utilises the services of a door to door delivery company. Courier costs within South Africa are:
- Any national areas = R99 (delivery can be expected 3 – 7 working days, once payment is reflecting in our bank account)
- Overnight delivery is available to ‘main areas’ within South Africa. = R200
- We ship internationally through a reputable courier company (rates are quoted on ordering and it takes approximately 10-12 working days). International shipping rates do not include any Customs/Duty taxes.
TRACKING:You will be contacted once your order is received, thereafter a waybill Number/Tracking details shall be provided after dispatch.
PAYMENT: Your order will only be dispatched once payment is reflecting in our bank account.
COMMUNICATIONS AND FEEDBACK: Satin Candy will be in touch with you via email, telephonically or via WhatsApp should there be any delay or issues relating to your order. Please note that due to the nature of lingerie; our returns, exchanges and refunds policy are quite strict.
If you are unhappy with your purchase due to fit, quality or any other reason, you may return, exchange or request a full refund on the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed merchandise needs to be returned in its original condition with ALL tags attached.
- Goods must be in original state and in a re-sellable condition.
- Any garments returned must not be returned damaged, marked, stained and free of any odour.
- Satin Candy Management makes the final decision on whether or not to accept returned merchandise.
- All sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- For hygiene purposes we cannot exchange any panties, thongs, briefs, stockings or shorts. Not for anything!
- Please also note that returns are at the customers expense.

EXCHANGES: A fee of R50 will be levied on all exchanges. We will arrange for the collection and dispatch thereof, provided they are in the same condition that they were received in. Should you wish to exchange any items purchased, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
REFUNDS: The refund will only be processed once the garment is back with Satin Candy. Refunds will not be processed for lingerie that show any measure of wear and must be within 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of your order. For further assistance regarding a refund please email Faye at email@example.com. Please be advised that Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Satin Candy takes customer service seriously and as such each case shall be handled individually.
